Order Dispatch

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2 working days from receipt of payment. We ship Monday – Friday up until 5pm UK time, so if your order was placed on a Friday it will be sent on the following Monday or Tuesday. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped!

Shipping Prices

As our items vary in weight, the shipping price is a flat fee based on the heaviest item in your order. In general, prices are:

UK: Free    Europe: £8 – £10   USA & Worldwide: £12 – 18

Tracking

Tracking is not included by default, but can be added at the checkout for an extra fee. This will mean you can check the location of your order online by clicking the ‘Track Order’ link in your shipping confirmation.

Transit Times

For the majority of our orders, we use Royal Mail standard airmail. Transit times for this service are as follows:

UK: 3 – 5 working days

Europe: 4 – 8 working days

USA & worldwide: 6 – 10 working days

Please note that due to the recent delays international postal services are facing, orders may take a little longer than usual to arrive outside of the UK.

FAQ

What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, plus Paypal, through our online checkout.

When will I receive my order?

We pack and ship orders within 2 working days (mon – fri), check the Transit Times for an estimate on when you can expect your package. Unfortunately due to the delays affecting the postal industry at the moment we are unable to ship urgent or rush orders.

What kind of packaging do you use?

We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging where possible – prints are shipped in paper/card envelopes and books in a sturdy cardboard book wrap. To protect books from damage during transit overseas we will typically use bubble wrap to secure them inside the mailer – feel free to leave a note at checkout if you would prefer this to be omitted!

I’m based outside of the UK. Will I have to pay customs charges/VAT?

Luckily, in a lot of countries books are reduced or zero rated for VAT (and in some cases, import tax/duty is waived depending on the value of your order). However, please check your country’s specific customs/import guidelines beforehand – buyers are responsible for paying any VAT and additional customs fees that arise.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?

Please drop us an email and we’ll resolve any issues as soon as possible!

I’m an artist and I’d like to be involved with a future project – how do I get in touch?

Please add your email to the Artist Bulletin List to be notified about future projects and how to apply to them!
